Three police officers to check on smoking? I would call that overkill or are the Toledo cops just looking for something to do.

If I were going to commit a robbery I would call the police and make several reports of smoking and then,when the police are off checking the puffing criminals I'd go commit my robbery.

What a waste of manpower.

The Toledo Cops are La-ZEE. Had my purse snatched 'n grabbed from my car last year. There was a description, license plate number, the works. Never heard anything about it from the police. Lady cop bawled me out for my purse being stolen & I told her I was the victim & to back off. (stupid, huh?) I was truly ticked.

Began to think the police were in on a racket, since there was such a rash of snatch 'n grabs & no arrests.
