Yep. If they don't get the message Americans are dead-set against handouts and amnesty for illegal aliens now, they never will. The truth is Americans want tighter controls over our borders and end to the free ride illegals have gotten. Its a problem that costs Arizona billions each year and people have simply had enough. If supporting PAN costs President Bush the state, so be it. I may be a conservative but in all circumstances, I put country before party and politics. Congratulations to the AZ GOP for standing up and doing the right thing and listening to the party rank and file members in the state. With every one working together, this will be but the first step in the beginning of a journey to return the ownership of America to the American people.

The last election made it clear to me:

Well, they've certainly done a good job of keeping everyone in CA stirred up. We are waiting for another "driver's licenses to illegals" proposal.

Unfortunately, their overblown egos make that difficult to accomplish, even with the recall election we just had. They are more careful, here now, but I think the shock is starting to wear off.

We need to recall more of them, do it again and again, until they get over that "it can't happen to me" attitude.
