Bush does not always do what is best for the country. But he does always do what he *thinks* is best for the country, and that is good enough for me.

Then why are our borders unproteced? Ignore the illegals issue for the moment and ask yourself this "what is stoping the terrorists from coming in via Mexico and/or Canada?"

That is Bush putting politics above what is best for this country. If you disagree please point out where I am wrong.

I'm curious: You would really follow Bush over the spending, entitlement program or amnesty cliff simply because he was convinced there was no cliff?
