I see you failed to prove your point so you would rather provide a lengthy list of dates. Note that in the dates before 1914, either US interests were being defended against, an extension of the Monroe Doctrine, or it was
retaliation for previous attacks. But mostly against pirates, freelancers, etc. and not sovereign nations. Since Hussein, much to the chagrin of the folks over at the PNAC, hasn't been directly tied to the Islamonuts, and in fact went so far as to request his troops not form ties with them inside of Iraq after he went into hiding, you can't very easily tie him to 9/11.
So what was the excuse again?
