The Corbis photo is a real one. The others are fake.

It is inappropriate to pretend a single photo is real when it's been artificially combine.

It is appropriate, however, to put two photos of a similar period side-by-side so long as it's clear one is not attempting to combine them into one photo. If John & Jane Hanoi had been at the same event, and there were individual pictures of each at that event in front of the mike, and those were formed into one poster showing them both at their respective times at the mike, then that is not any different than any other collage photo that comprises any number of hang-up posters.

Dishonesty, though, injures everyone.
