Forget the economy. If Americans keep dying in Iraq, and no WMDs turn up, Bush is done. And this is coming from someone who plans to vote for him no matter what.

I think that Bush will really take a hit over "weapons of mass destruction related program activities." I watch the Daily Show and Jon Stewart had a field day with that line. Most of the time the RATS ridicule Bush it's easy to tune them out, because it just makes them look elitist and hateful, but this was hard not to smile at.
I still think Bush is going put this one away without problems. He just comes across so much better than any RAT could.

If Americans keep dying in Iraq, and no WMDs turn up, Bush is done.I disagree. I hope your statement is wrong with Americans dying, however the lack of WMD in Iraq is not the end of Dubya'.
Dubya's tenur to date does not focus the publics minds on WMD's alone. As much as Chirac want's this to be the case it just isn't so.

Forget the economy. If Americans keep dying in Iraq, and no WMDs turn up, Bush is done. The war in Iraq has been a tremendous success and by Nov 2004 it will only get better, even if WMD stockpiles are not found. Bush will run on it and win.

Bush is done? He has the incumbency. He will have 200 million dollars and Kerry will be scrambling for money. He looks like a regular guy, Kerry looks like an undertaker. He is warm and charismatic, Kerry is cold and arrogant. He is against gay marriage, Kerry is for gay marriage. He has been successful in the war on terror, Kerry has a history of votes which have undermined national security. He is for lower taxes, Kerry was against lower taxes.
It's true this poll shows Kerry ahead; but the poll is laughably unreliable--and comes from Newsweek which has a record of publishing phony poll results calculated to influence elections.
