Two Kentucky fiscal courts recently lost another round with the latest federal court ruling regarding Ten Commandment displays in government buildings.
In a Dec. 18 decision, the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld an earlier court decision demanding Decalogue displays in McCreary and Pulaski courthouses and a Harlan County school be removed.

The aclu is a bunch of religious bigots and is no better than the kkk.The Kentucky legislature should pass a law banning the aclu from operating in the state.The aclu has no value whatsoever.

Of course, the ACLU cannot be banned under the First Amendment "freedom of association," a "penumbra" of the right of assembly. And the ACLU has come to the aid of Oliver North in the past and now Rush Limbaugh.
