Tancredo's plans need work. Advertise on the internet for agricultural workers before heading off to recruit in Mexico? There are a lot of drop-out hispanics kids here who could do those chili picking jobs --- but they aren't likely to look on the internet --- why not have recruiters required to recruit in the inner cities and low-income housing projects directly --- just like they do when they go to Mexico? Some low-income kids would work.
