My Sister-in-Law is a Clinical Psychologist with a masters degree in Psychology, and she strongly believes Waffly Clark is suffering from this disorder. She even went so far as to say that is why he scored so well at West Point, She said the fear of being outdone brings on the Paranoia. I told her that I believe he will have a "Dean" moment before much longer, She agreed :-)
