I don't wear a seatbelt. That doesn't make me a hero. It just means I don't give a damn about the law, because it's an affront to Freedom. I personally am not bothered by hard working folks regardless. Bush's proposal allows for the construction of a decent law, that protects Freedom and the hard working a chance to work.
