Kudos to Arizona Rep. J.D. Hayworth for exposing the misleading statements made by Gov. Janet Napolitano about her prescription drug card.
There is no question she was caught trying to pull a fast one on seniors. Sadly, she almost got away with it because the media are too busy blowing Napolitano kisses to see if what she says is true.

The question no one asked was, "Cost less how and for whom". In the end, when it was already too late, he explained that he only meant it cost less because the patient's out of pocket enrollement fees were less than Medicare. In actuality, it ended up costing the Tennessee taxpayers about $50 billion more over the last five years.
He knew he was deliberately misconstruing the facts and giving a false impression. Scumbag.
