Calif: Court OKs vote on health bill [referendum on SB2: mandatory employer-paid health coverage]

A state appellate court cleared the way Thursday for a business-backed coalition to ask voters this fall to repeal a new California law requiring employers to buy workers health insurance. The decision came down as a new poll indicated the referendum would face an uphill fight in November. The Field Poll released Thursday found 65 percent of respondents favor the health law while 27 percent oppose it.

Business need to educate Californians that this HillaryCare Redux and amounts to a tax on employment. They have to show Californian's there no such thing as "free" medical care. The Democrats plan is a Trojan Horse on the way to a health care system run by California state bureaucrats a la Canada.

This is the type of thing that has businesses leaving
California. jWe already have businesses leaving the U. S.
because of excessive regulation.
