Conservatives always complain the penalties are not strong enough, but you are going to feel sorry for this boy? This isn't about race, it's about molesting a minor.

If the facts are as reported, this seems hardly fair. This article is from Newsday. The facts being as reported is not a supportable assumption. I would have to do a lot more research on this case before I take Newsday's word for it.
