smoking half an LGC Charlemagne EMS right now....about 4 inches and 54 gauge and a serious cloud creator.

I like the LGC maduros as well at times.

25 year old Davidoff is a Petrus level smoke....they left Cuba about 1990 didn't they?....though their stores worldwide still stock legit Cubanas.

Your wife lets you smoke in the house?

Me and the dogs are out on the deck, in the cold, when I smoke.

Frankly, I don't like the smell the next day either, so it's no big deal.

Not sure when they left exactly.I thought it was earlier than that, though. My local dealer has a ton of old cigars in his humidors. I discovered this Davidoff in a box underneath a box of early 80s Uppmann Columbos.
He's also got a couple boxes of Blair Maduros from the "screw you, Zino" era at Davidoff when some of his rollers decided to set up shop across the way. I'll be giving them a try as well.

Now, what exactly is meant by "petrus level smoke?" I'm rather new to cigars. I've smoked them for a few years, but have only been taking them seriously for about a year tops.
