Charter schools in California are working and should be allowed to expand. That's the conclusion of a report, "Assessing California's Charter Schools," released Tuesday by state Legislative Analyst Elizabeth Hill.

My kids are going to a charter school, and while they get a far superior eduction to the regular public schools, it's not saying much.

The teachers still come from the NEA controlled teacher education system, which anti-white, anti-male, PC to the point of nausea, and totally dedicated to removing teachers from any responsibility for thier work.

The charter school does better becasue it is an effort for the parents to get them there, so the disruptive element is eliminated. But it's still the same teachers and system. Public education, in any of it's forms, is really discouraging.
