Not at all, but that is a minor part of the bill. How about doing a major overhaul of the system instead of just throwing more money at it?

How about the AWB? How about defending the Constitution? How about denouncing the USSC ruling on those guys from Texas? How about not applauding the USSC ruling on the U of M case about affirmative action? How about dragging feet on getting pilots trained for having guns in cockpits?

Yes, Bush has done a decent job as far as National Security and the WOT. Some issues need to be resolved still. He has done a decent job on taxes. Doing ok on turning around the economy, but there are still questions in regards to jobs.
