Well, he used to be. Until he found out how much the world hated America and especially him, personally.

The events at the U.N. and in Europe, post-9/11, did improve his outlook remarkably.

When he unsigned the Rome Treaty?

When he got us out of the Kyoto Treaty?

When he stopped funding abortions overseas?

Or when he stood in front of the assembled United Nations and basically gave them the finger?

Why don't you back up your ridiculous assertions with something of substance?
