Sorry, funny is that I have it in my "hunk" file.. most of the pix in that file are.. well, ah, er.. considerably more pleasing to human eyes..

Guess I need to have a sub-file called Gross Hunks?

You need to delete that pic, format and repartition your hard drive. Just to make sure that thing never sees the light of day again.
