Dubya has been true to "most" of the Republican platform.

Immigration reform is not one of them.

Are you two aware the Bush Administration has directed INS agents to cease even arresting or going near known illegal migrants in cities located throughout Souther California?

It's this other 5% that is going to jump up and bite Bush hard.

Sorry, H2BMe, I didn't mean to sound derogatory toward you. I thought it was necessary to point out that anyone who expects any elected official to support 100% of their individual agenda is setting themselves up for disappointment, over and over again.

You are being downright dishonest, the article you cite clearly states the memo came from the chief patrol agent for the greater San Diego area, so the guy is NOT in the Bush administration, he is a local schmoe.

Are YOU aware that issued a regulation to deputize local police to enforce immigration law, but the police officers objected, backed by the ACLU?
