ROFLOL !!!! Priceless. Why is it that it's just about what I picture?
To: George W. Bush
He actually banned only about three that anyone can recall.Ah, yes. The Hillary Clinton and Ollie North defense: "I don't recall that."
It was a lot more than that.

Complacency is a killer on election day. Here's my thing about not voting: if you give up your right to vote, then you give up your right to bitch and moan when things really hit the crapper.
To: MEG33
If enough people stay home on election day thinking Bush has it in the bag in their state,we who support Bush are in danger of losing to the dem.Complacency is a killer on election day.
The bigger killer is angering your base the way GWB is doing. Just ask Bush 41.

Actually there where and are only seven of them. They just have a variety of screen names and accounts as their disposal in an organized attempt to smear the omnipotent leader.
You grossly underestimate FR's management. They have considerable technical sophistication in this. It goes well beyond mere I.P. tracing and logging scripts.
You have to get up pretty early to fool the Robinson software. Pretty sophisticated for roll-yer-own stuff. It's not a cakewalk like spoofing those amateurs at D.U.

With your reasoning, JFK was stating his desire to bring back the Third Reich or Nixon was a Chinese agent or even worse, Reagan was working to establish the Workers Paradise! It isn't just that greeting. The Bush Administration's signature Neocon philosophy is decidedly globalist in its thrust - which is to ignore George Washington's very wise admonition against foreign entanglements.

Really? Because a senators aide was reported to have said that very thing when a freeper called them recently.
I guess we'll see won't we.

So all of a sudden Bush is conservative because he gave a conservative speech? Nice logic, there.

By the way, you'll notice as well that the Palestinians stepped up their terror campaign as Israel was becoming more conciliatory. Perhaps you'll see a parallel. Not really but maybe with a stretch. A peace between Israel and the 'Palestinians' would end the power of Arafat and his murderous thugs. So, Israel moves toward peace - Palestinians attack - must maintain power.
When Bush becomes conciliatory toward the Dems, they grin their feral grin and stay quiet while they grab what they can. When Bush does something that makes him look good, the country, the military, or conservatives, or 'cowboy diplomacy' etc., then they scream like the wicked cross between harpies and banshees they are. (Pelosi was WAY scary after the speech)

in precisely what respects has Bush been more conservative than Reagan?Well, for one thing, he got an end to Partial Birth Abortion passed and SIGNED it. Reagan, on the other hand, signed permission to legalize abortion in California before Roe v. Wade was even considered by the Supreme Court.
Don't misunderstand me, I supported Reagan when he was my Governor, and I supported him for President through 3 campaigns -- even though I was vociferously opposed to legalized abortion -- as he came to be, eventually. The rest of Reagan's programs were good, so I swallowed the bitter pill. I am so gratified that G. W. Bush has taken this one small, but important, step in respect of the life of the unborn that it makes up for any other measures on which I may disagree!
I pray that the hearts of our national leaders become as enlighted as 3rd century Christians regarding the unborn.
To: Bikers4Bush
>>Total playground BS. <<
I agree with you. It is disappointing to me to see the ad hominem attacks against people who criticize certain policies of the President, and give legitimate reasons for doing so. They (we) are called liberals, potheads, Bush-haters, Bush-bashers, etc.
It is not just disappointing that this is happening, because it will always happen on a forum.
It is diappointing to me to see the posters I recognize and respect doing it. It is so invalid and disrespectful.
I may get bashed myself for even posting this. But I really don't care.
