I just talked to my sister-in-law about my problems with AOL the other night. She told me that the reason that I had so much trouble with the language barrier is that AOL contracts the phone Tech Support jobs out to other countries!! So more that likely I was speaking to techs in India! Sheesh!

Did the techs you spoke to use less contractions than the average American does? LOL.
