Agreed. SOMEONE committed this atrocious crime, and that someone deserves to be executed for it. And I have yet to see or hear one single iota of ANYTHING that leads me away from thinking Scott Peterson is the one who did it.

I just finished reading the transcripts that Vel posted from LKL...I agree that Pixie is more than likely on MG's payroll to get the defense spin over the airwaves.(trying to fly under the gag order radar)
Another thing I read is that on Feb 2nd, MG will argue the Prosecution's request for another just...IMO this is just another delay tactic, MG has already stated publicly that he prefers Girolami. So why waste time arguing? Buying more time, that's why.
I also thought it was cute how almost every caller praised Nancy, saying they thought no one should disagree with her...and she said,"will someone tell Larry?"
Dev, I finally got my puter back to normal, with little help from AOL tech support! And yes, most all of the techs I spoke with sounded like the character from the Simpsons! I was so frustrated, I just hung up and figured it all out myself!
My Midwestern accent may have been as confusing for them as theirs was for me!! ;o)
