During the height of the nationalist hysteria (whipped up by Milosevic) in Serbia of the early 1990s, a book appeared written by a Serbian nationalist whose name escapes me at the moment, which had the quite inelegant title of
"Wherever there is a mosque, there is gunfire".
Crude, anti-Moslem, etc. True.
BUT!! Think about it for a minute:
Afghanistan, Azerbaijan/Armenia, Chechnya, Iraq, Iran, Sudan, Kosovo, Bosnia, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Israel, Kashmere (Pakistan-India) - have I forgotten any countries?
And, non-Moslem conflicts in the world today? Well, errr...well, you know there probably ARE some, but....I can't think of any at the moment!
Stubborn and foolish as they are, the Serbs DID try to warn us, in their own heavy-handed and media-inept way...but the Klintoons didn't listen....

"Wherever there is a mosque, there is gunfire". Excellent!
:-) The only other places I can think of are Indonesia, Malaysia and The Philipines. And it's going to be many, many more in the near future, perhaps even in our own backyard, if the world doesn't get a handle on this, and pronto!
