Looks like Dubya and his Laura, that first pic...)
And, no doubt, The King of the Cowboys ridin' Trigger could definitely outmaneuver today's Hollywierdos.

And that's the reason my gut tells me this wasn't Bush's last State of the Union Address. From your "gut" to God's ears! :-)
This is why I have saved the transcripts of all of President Bush's major speeches. When the dims try to twist his words or create "urban legends" as you so eloquently put it, I can put my hands on the speech and see for myself how *wrong* they are.

((((HUGS))))) to all and special healing (((HUGS)))) to my fuzzy brothah!

One of my favorite shows as a kid was the Lone Ranger. We could use a good dose of these type shows on the tube now.

There's supposed to be a two hour debate tonight in New Hampshire if you can stomach it. :)

"Glad I missed Nancey Pelosi shaking her finger at....the World! LOL!" Lest you think I jest about her 'ever so slight alteration' of his very famous words about our country, ask someone who listened to it roll from her mouth like melted butter!
It was the subject several times of much derision on Fox News Network, Brit Hume marvelling at de Gaulle uv dis woman...
okay, maybe the finger pointing at the camera was a slight embellishment, but she truly DID totally twist and alter the quotation with a perfectly straight face...granted, it always resembles granite, sharply-chiseled, but those words were set in stone.
Wouldn't surprise me if some of the liberal professors of the New Universal Education System have already reprinted certain pages in the textbooks across America, and sheepish stoodents are beginning to quote Her Version.
Students of The New Universe stampeding to follow the words
of the Minority House Leader.

Must be something with liberals and size! Just ask Mary...
Of course, the 'inside' joke spread throughout Washington...
Word even spread to the international community...
Now, even fellow Dems seem to know Carville's little (ahem) secret... Even Carol Mosley-Braun has to hang her head in shame.

Good one, John ! Thank ya, thank ya, thank ya !!But Bush is never content to sit on his laurels. Trailblazers and daring risk-takers never are. Thinking out of the box is his M.O. On matters of policy, whether you agree with him or not, you always know with certainty Bush is doing what he thinks is right. Moreover, Bush keeps his word. If Bush says something, take it to the bank. For Bush, campaign promises are solemn vows, not throw-away lines to pander to this or that group. Honor, integrity, honesty -- to Bush, these aren't just precepts; they're his way of life. Is he perfect? No -- no man can be. Do I always agree with him? Of course not. Yet, here's another thing you can take to the bank: With Bush, ideas and policies are matters of deeply-held conviction, not phony marketing ploys to boost polls. Bush is not for sale -- at any price. And, unlike most politicians, Bush will spend whatever political capital necessary to meet his solemn commitments, never flinching. If you didn't think he'd keep his word, he doesn't want your vote.
