He's a good man. But he also has no chance in November.

I have been looking into Constitution Party in the recent weeks, and they may very well be getting my vote in November.

Michael realized that none of the programs on which he was working were authorized by the United States Constitution and were therefore unlawful.

If nothing else I hope this get repeated time and time again.

Don't let Pat Buchannan anywhere near this party and it might survive.

Bump, and welcome to FR.

Don't mind the trolls (#3 & 7).

If the Democratic Party begins to go the way of the Whigs maybe the Constitution Party can fill the void...

I'd love to see the Constitution party gain momentum and become a viable third party. I doubt it will be able to do so this year.

I will predict with 99.99999999% certainty that the next president of the US will be either the Republican or the Democratic nominee. Mark this down.

Get with me the day after the election in November and let's see if I was right. Barring California dropping into the sea (and probably even that), then I will have been right.

"The Constitution Party"

When Bill Owens first ran for Governor he had a very tight race with the incumbant Lieutenant Governor. The Constitution Party ran against him because even though Owens is pro-life and pro-Second Amendment, they had quibbles with his policies. They darn near put a liberal Democrat in office, in which case we would not have had CCW or many other reforms, and would not have had an attractive, conservative candidate for President in 2006.

So what's the point of this candidacy - to try to elect John Kerry, Ted Kennedy's best friend???
