I always wear my watch face inward. In construction there is less surface to snag and the face is protected. I don't know why a doctor would do it unless he didn't want it to get hung up on your gizzard.
That I understand ... but Dean seems to be wearing it outward, where it is very difficult to read, and apt to be bumped all the time.
But hey, I'm female, what do I know about men and their watches? The good Dr. Dean will never get near MY gizzard!
