They confiscate assualt weapons but I don't care because I DON'T own that kind of fire arm......
and I need some clarification.
What do you percieve as the definition of "assault weapon."
If I own a semi-automatic rifle does it qualify?
Does it have to be a certain caliber to qualify?
Does a semi-automatic pistol qualify?
How about a shotgun?
Please help me out. I don't know if I am in danger of having some of my firearms confiscated because of the Partiot Act.
