I thought it was a great speech. Maybe you need to read it again especially when he talked about the internationalizing the war and he started rattlying off the nations in the coalition.
Great speech when talking about God and freedom. Great initiatives re: how to improve AMerica for the better. He has done better speeches but this was a great one too.

Bottom line,y'all we've got a terrific President. I don't agree with everything he's done, but I agree with enough of it to know I'm glad it was him delivering that speech instead of Al Gore.
The State of our Union wouldn't be as good.

Yet again -- and it's ridiculous to say this since he's done it since his inaugural address -- this President has begged the low ball, then smacked it over the center field fence.
Truly, no one, especially Tom Daschle, who read from the wrong script -- did you notice? -- no one expected an offense. All day long, all weekend long all we heard was that the President would "defend" himself. He didn't defend himself, he offended his and America's enemies. Damned fine show, Mr. John.

Wonderful speech, I was proud to be a Republican, and
Thank God, I'm not Ted "Swimmer" Kennedy. Have another
drink Ted. When is he going to rehab, or retire?

"Drug testing in our schools has proven to be an effective part of this effort."
Simply not true -- latest and largest study to date (by Univ. of Michigan) concludes the contrary.
$23 million is just to pay back $upporters who own the drug-testing business.

Yep, brilliant. Every time I hear GW, I like him even more. His detractors, whether Rat or FreepFringers, can kiss my a**. I say, put his likeness on Mt. Rushmore (sp?).

Yeah, but you'd never know it from watching her face... she's had so much surgery, and so much bo-tox, her expression is practically frozen!

Hello, long time. Thanks for posting. Great speech he gave and the rebuttals, well re butt-alls heard before. Pelosi very calm when talking about everything she agreed with the Administration. Then Eyebrows Rise as she lies. The snake dasheel is too formidable for me to address now.

That might be an accurate assessment, if our president was a lying POS like the last president we had to endure. Right or wrong, he's basing it on belief. GW is that rare animal, an honest president. If you think he's doing it for the money, you are misled.

I agree with you.
There are many thing that I am not happy with beleive me.
This latest on amnesty is one of them.
He has been spending like a drunken sailor.
I completly support him on the War in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Our Troops need Us, we absolutley have to support them.
The demonrats need to shut the
f@$k up about the war.they have no clue..
I do not like the situation we are in. Are we suppose to just go along with the amnesty.
I want more details and have e-mailed every republican or so called conservative,
told them how I feel and want answers. I worry about what may come out of congress.
How much are we going to have to sacrifice to get this bill passed, they want the
undocumented workers in now with citizenship, and of course the Right to vote.
They are not undocumented they are Illegal !! They broke the Law to get here.
Sorry for the rant, but just to let you know that I felt good tonight watching
Bush smirk and grin when he said something aimed right at old teddy and fat hitlery.
He sounded good and confident. Strong and a bit defiant, the rest of the republicans
just simply need to get a set of brass ones and confront
the demonrats and hold them accountable in public like I do in the streets of Buffalo!
