I'd like to see something added to immigrant / guest worker programs...a self funded health care system....some way to make "immigrants" pitch in for health care would do wonders for public perception

my family in western kansas always keep me up to date on the illegal situation there and two things are seriously hurting them...
1. illegals strain on health care
2. illegals strain on education
( a third is the strain placed on the legal/law enforcement system...but....

Great idea. Watch how fast opposition melts away when people are convinced that they will contribute to, rather than live just off the system we pay for.
