Did the networks talk over the Republican rebuttal in the early 90's instead of showing it or am I just imagining it? I'm almost positive they only showed a bit and went on droning about how great Clinton was.

I thought W said he wanted to encourage private investment of Social Security....Thereby taking it out of the hands of Senators that wish to spend it on pork projects in their home states.l
