I find it absolutely fascinating that on a conservative forum people strongly advocate governmental interference in a personal/religious issue.
Let me explain it to you. Judicial activists are attempting to redefine our society. They are abusing the power of the bench. Some of our founding fathers feared this possibility but went along with the system of three branches of government without instilling safeguards to prevent the judicial branch from becoming a tyranny. The constitutional issue is what attracts conservatives to this issue.
So the answer is to have some "conservatives" abuse the power of the Constitution?
