Wasn't it Gephardt who said every 20 point drop in the stock market would give them another seat in Congress?

These guys HATE the fact the economy is on the upswing.

Of course Gephardt who's slogan was that Bush is a "miserable failure" is now a loser dropping out of politics, and I believe Bush is on his way to a second term.
