Last year the President pushed his BioShield initiative. While the House passed it, the Senate has done nothing. Let's hope the President pushes the Senate towards Passage. This will help protect US citizens from terrorist dirty bombs, anthrax and other chemical weapons. Bush has been strangely silent on BioShield even thou he pushed the Senate to waste a week talking about four or five judicial candidates.
