He also created the WTO, which was also championed by the UN and the Organization of American States and the Summit of the Americas, which are branches of the UN in the Americas.

I was referring to the mission in Rwanda; sure they supported the UN for other things, but for the one time they actually could have done something good, they pulled the plug on them.
