This is one of three articles in todays Village Voice taking shots at Clark. As liberal as that paper is, they were never big fans of the Clintons.
I mean, they like them a lot more than they like any conservative or right-leaning moderate who ever drew breath, but thats not saying much.
All in all, this was a pretty boring report, but the following paragraph cracked me up:
To demonstrate just how competent he was in civil life, the general told of the obstacles to be overcome in running the huge Los Angeles school district, administering thousands of teachers and tens of thousands of students. It sounded like one hell of a tough job. But Clark never actually held this job, he was just offered the job. He did not take it.
Clarks kookier than Dean, and thats saying something.

Why was Clark fired...months after the Kosovo action.
Clinton knows, Bush knows, Edwards knows (Gen. Shelton is his advisor.)

And there were some boys in the Pentagon who didn't like that much, especially the ones who had cut deals with the Republican-led Congress.Huh? Secretary Cohen was disliked by the pubbies for selling out to Clinton and Shelton is a Democrat with aspirations for office.
Clark just makes it up as he goes. No wonder Clinton likes him.
