He was a true newsman. They don't make them like that anymore.

He will be missed.

Anyone know what his illness was?

I know it was cancer, I can't rememeber what kind...colon cancer, I think.

This news makes me very sad. I liked to listen to him. I always remember him to try to be fair. He often pointed out the liberal bias in the media. He even said he was guilty of it.

I will miss him, too. Whenever I had pmsnbc on(with the sound off-& close caption on), I would turn up the sound just to hear what he had to say.
Sorry to see him go.
