I'll bet the Fox guys come up with some more as they argue it out. I'm not aginst change as such... I just think the new points system sucks, and yes, tubebender, I'm sure nbc had a great deal of influence here.

I heard on the radio this morning that Jimmy Johnson would have won the "Trophy Dash" and Kenseth woud have finished seventh under the new rules. I had no problem with Matts win because he did finish in the top 5 or top 10 in many races and I say that even though I have a problem with Roush.

I look at the new rules as just setting up a new series with the Elite 10 class and everyone else in the Consolation Series running in the same race. Why doesn't Brains France just come out and run the 10 car 10 race Trophy Dash and a 10 race Suckers Series. This is going to make the fans of the Schraders, Bensons and the others feel like second tier supporters. To make it complete France should tell them they have to sit in the cheap seats...
