Anyone can confirm, San Mateo is the Trial on Scott Peterson?

I've been checking back and forth on all of the cablenews.com(s)...nothing yet. I'm at work and I will switch over to news radio now. They're usually right on it as soon as there is anything new. And I'm all the way in Chi-town! ;o)

CTV.com has confirmed San Mateo, but when you click on the full coverage link, it goes to the Martha trial???

Yep, San Mateo drew the short straw.
Court TV has been covering the hearing this am and updating periodically.
Geragos apparently offer to the court that he would forego filing a 987 (I think that was the number) if the trial were to be located in Orange County. A 987 is a filing for financial compensation to the defense by the state for expenses.
A guest defense atty and former prosecuting atty suggested that this borders on unethical behavior.

Unethical behavior from Geragos? Nah.
