Due to numerous media requests regarding various cases involving the matter of Scott Lee Peterson and Laci D. Peterson. The following are tentatively scheduled hearing dates on each case involving Scott and/or Laci Peterson:
36747 - ESTATE OF PETERSON, LACI D.
Probate hearing scheduled for February 10, 2004 at 8:30 a.m. in Dept. 3.
341999 - PRINCIPAL LIFE VS. PETERSON, SCOTT, EST. OF PETERSON, LACI D.
Case management conference is tentatively scheduled for April 22, 2004 at 9:30 a.m. in Dept. TBA
This is an interpleader case with the life insurance money deposited with the Court.
341803 - ROCHA VS. PETERSON, SCOTT
Case management conference set for January 23 at 9:30 a.m. in Dept. 15.
This case is for the imposition of an involuntary trust.
344152 & 344167 - ROCHA VS. PETERSON, SCOTT
Case management conference scheduled for April 22 at 9:30 a.m. in Dept. 15.
344152 is a wrongful death suit filed. 344167 is a survival action - complaint for damages.

A hearing was held this morning, January 14th, in Department 2 of the Superior Court, Judge Marie Silveira presiding. The results follow:
The Penal Code Section 995 motion was denied.
The judge ordered Dr. Stephen Schoenthaler, with records, and representatives from California State University Stanislaus to appear on January 20th at 9 a.m. in Department 2 for further proceedings.....

A story over at CNN.com on today's proceedings ends with the statement that Geragross will appeal Judge Silveira ruling on the 995 motion dismissal to a higher court, therefore, another delay in the trial....
