The green voters come to the polls to vote for the green candidate like Nader then pick the Democrats down the ticket. It dosen't help to have a popular (sort of) green when it comes to the Republicans taking additional Senate seats.

If the Pacific time zone Dems see a landslide building in the east, will they still go out to vote down the ticket or stay home?
