Thought the rules said that anyone under 15% was not counted? Yeah, but it's by precinct. I expect Kucinich to get delegates in some precincts where he has 15%, maybe with a little help from his deal with Edwards.
It's kinda hard to predict at the low end because, well, I have no frickin' clue how those fringe votes work out in the Rat caucus method.

These televised results are statewide numbers, if a candidate fails to get more than 15% in a single caucus, they're not "viable".
