Hear, hear. Gephardt seemed the only candidate who could fire up people with a job that doesn't involve lattes, sleeping behind a desk or running a cash register with "electronica" blaring in the background.
Dean, and AFSCME won a partial victory. They just handed the Sweeney a black eye.
Edwards is a surprise, though. I read the NY Times article, which indicated something was going on. What's your idea on Edwards finishing second?

Remember that conversation that supposedly occurred between John and Abigail Adams in which she told him to "remember the ladies, John."
Well, maybe if John Edwards did not "remember the ladies," the ladies remembered him. Plus they probably liked his "change" rhetoric, which means nothing more than liberalism as usual.
