Well in Iowa, those with only legislative experience got 82% of the vote tonight. I take your point, but don't take much comfort in your point. It will bite you in the butt.
I don't think these primaries will have much to do with who wins come November. The general election will be won in Ohio, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. And it is going to be about Bush, not about his opponent. If Iraq is relatively calm, and the economy is continuing to improve, and the market hasn't crashed, it could be any of the Dems and it wouldn't matter. And if Iraq degenerates, and the economy tanks, and the market crashes, it could be any of the Dems.
