Somewhere in his rantings he has said that the shrink said the death of his brother was the root cause of his "attacks". Maybe he did'nt like his Mama or his Nanny, one never knows.

Panic attacks are characterized by a fear of losing control. That they were caused by the death of his borther makes no sense.
