I like when Rush picks fights with the liberal Media and its ever-annoying political correctness. I enjoy it even more when he's proven right. That is of course why he's target #1 to neutralize before 2004 elections.

When Soviet-stlye communism was still around we heard stories how every question of truth, academic or scientific, was decided politically. Now in the land of the Bill of Rights via "political correctness" we have politicians advancing dubious policies based upon polemical theories about weather. And a sportscaster can't say that a mediocre QB is mediocre because the Media is making him larger than he is because he's black.

But the question should be: Why Rush more right than the other sportscasters?

What seems to define our position is our adherence to the obvious truth. The other side (media types mostly) always take up the pie-in-the-sky dream world position: McNabb is a great QB, etc.

It's not even that much fun to be proven right anymore. It's too easy.
