Well, I'm not all that worried about sending subtle messages by not voting or voting third party, etc. I'd rather send the direct message of voting the Democrats out! There will be no mistaking the message of total rejection of the Democrat Party platform.

Fine. You are aiming for the judiciary. There's no doubt that Bush will be sending more conservative judges up. That last decision on Campaign Finance Reform was a stunner.
