Charles Robert Garten III said it was "a nightmare" when Henrico County investigators accused him of burning Poplar Springs Baptist Church to the ground Tuesday.
And the 24-year-old Varina resident is "a little mad" that he spent four days in Henrico County's jail before authorities released him Saturday, saying they were given false information about his involvement. Henrico's commonwealth's attorney plans to drop the arson charge as soon as court opens tomorrow.
