Because white folks aren't allowed to feel pride/respect/reverence for their culture.

Moslems hate "the white man", because in their minds Western Civilization, Christianity, and the white race are all the same thing. We, of course, know better: we all probably know plenty of non-white westerners, non-white Christians, non-Christian whites, etc, but Islam makes no distinction.
The reason for this is that Islam isn't just a religion - it's a complete civilisational operating system (albeit a bad one). The Christian idea that faith could flower under different governments, in different cultural matrices, etc, is incomprehensible to them, as is the idea that you could, personally, choose NOT to be a Christian yet still remain a member in good standing of Western civilization. To them, church, state, and culture are one.
And so, from their persective, if you're from "Western Civilization", the historically Christian civilization, you're a "Christian" in their minds. And since most of the historically Christian nations were white, Islam automatically assumes that any white person is a Christian, too. And they want us all dead.
Of course, they have no hesitation about persecuting nonwhite Christians either. The Islamic mass enslavement, rape, homosexual assault, castration, and murder of black Christians in Africa, is precisely what they will do to all of us Westerners (whatever color or creed), if they ever have the power.
