From what Ive been hearing on my favorite jihadi forums and a few other places... yes... theres been some persistant rumors going around. Folks normaly quoting IDF "sources" but I dont have anything solid... I have however seen jihadi bombmaking instructions with some weird steps in the production of TATP right after the drying out process... you wouldn't want to know some of the forums I've infiltrated in the past.. :o)

PS... there have also been rumors of this being the cause of several jihadi work "accidents."
