Subject:Congressional Judicial Abuse Task Force Update

STOP BAD JUSTICE UPDATE 1-14-04

From: "Joe Norman"

First, I would like to thank the many that have called Congressmen/women who are on the JUDICIAL ABUSE TASK FORCE to express your concerns for the state of the judiciary. Your efforts are much appreciated.

Second, I talked with the JUDICIAL ABUSE TASK FORCE representative of Congressman Lamar Smith yesterday and it was evident the office had heard from many of you. The TASK FORCE has changed its name to HOUSE JUDICIAL ACCOUNTABILITY WORKING GROUP and will hold meetings in the next few weeks to decide the next step. The WORKING GROUP will publish updates on the web site of Lamar Smith, between the Smith web site and communications with me you will be kept informed of the progress toward JUDICIAL REFORM.

Third, there is a web site that offers Thomas Jefferson's comments and concern about THE JUDICIAL BRANCH which you might find interesting. The site is:

http;//etext.lib.virginia.edu/jefferson/quotations/jeff1270.htm

It appears Jefferson was able to find the flaws in the founding of our justice system, I hope WE can correct the flaws.

Fourth, I would like to remind everyone there is a stopbadjustice group at yahoo groups for everyone to come together to exchange thoughts and ideas on how we can improve the STOP BAD JUSTICE PROJECT

Fifth, please continue to spread the word about this project. The project is good for America, is badly needed and long long overdue. After reading the many comments left on the petition I believe we must demand a review of all levels of justice in OUR country. Opening the door of judicial reform at the congressional level should make all levels of government want to do the same.

Sixth, STOP BAD JUSTICE has a radio show Monday-Thursday evening at 6 p.m. EST on www.crusaderadio.com . If you have a reform group or ideas on reform and would like to be a call in guest please e mail me at stopbadjustice@aol.com

Lastly, I have received e mails from France, England, Canada and Australia supporting our efforts. It seems they hope we are successful and there will be a ripple effect that is felt in their country. www.stopbadjustice.com

Thanks again for your efforts to establish much needed JUDICIAL REFORM.

Make a little effort to make a big change

JOE NORMAN

It is time for "we the people" of this great country to rise to our duties as citizens and hold accountable those servants in our government who are violating our constitution, our laws and the trust we have placed in them to execute faithfully their own responsibilities and duties.

The failure to bring to the floor of the Senate a vote to confirm Presidential Judicial nominations is but one example. Senate rules requiring a "super majority" to break a filibuster on this issue, or any other, is blatantly unconstitutional. Any politician who does not support repeal of this Senate rule, should be voted out of office, regardless of party affiliation.

Any politician who voted for Campaign Finance Reform (CFR) (some assuming salvation by Presidential veto), should be voted out of office. Money does not corrupt politicians, politicians corrupt themselves - the guilty, not the people who are honest and law-abiding, should be held accountable for public corruption.

The U.S. Constitution Article. III. Section. 1. states "The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour..." Those five justices who abrogated the political free speech rights of the people by voting to uphold the constitutionality of CFR should be impeached.

And, yes, the President himself must be made to answer for his ill-advised failure to veto the measure (probably also hoping for salvation by the SCOTUS). I suspect also, he made a backroom deal with McCain, who has not criticized Bush or his administration since the ink was dry.

Those who do not enforce our immigration laws are guilty of more than malfeasance, they are guilty of treason. Offering legal sanctuary (amnesty) to those who are already here unlawfully, are equally treasonous - they must be stopped - and they must be held accountable. Vote them out of office if they do not amend their ways. They are our servants, not our benefactors.

It is time for the people to awaken, to put these scalawags on notice, or it will be too late to save our country and to save our culture.

Accountability is everything !!!!!

I've had extensive personal experience dealing with corrupt judges, having personally sued for alleged racketeering a total of 5 state judges and 1 former federal judge(3 were active state judges, 2 were sued for alleged racketeering activities before becoming judges) and 1 a former federal judge (at the time was a U.S. Attorney).

Bless your heart -- we need to keep after them, relentlessly.

Some of the people are stupid. Judge Hastings is impeached and the voters in his district send him to the U.S. House -- it should've been the "Big House."
